What happens when my subscription expires?

Generally we work hard to innovate and improve the product to earn your annual renewals. This is done automatically with an invoice and payment in plenty of time so that your service avoids disruption of any kind.

Approximately 2 to 3 months before your subscription expires, either your partner or Tangicloud will contact you with information about renewing your subscription. This will generally be in the form of an email, but if we don’t hear from you within a reasonable timeframe, our sales team will reach out to you or your partner with a friendly phone call reminder. Please feel free to ask any questions of your partner representative, and we’ll work to ensure your continued customer satisfaction.
